I walked into Starbucks being confused at where everything was located and then stumbled across this great manager named Marc Cruz. Taking one look at him, I knew this guy he gets it. He showed me all around the store and made sure I was well taken care of. He even managed to engage other customers and make them feel welcome. He did a great job and I was very fortunate to meet him. Definitely going back!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
