Worst location ever....bad service and nonchalant attitudes..constantly mess up orders...they seem to care more about socializing with one another oppose to being attentive and welcoming to customers..I only patronize this horrible location because it's the closest one Service: 1

This Starbucks is ALWAYS loud and cold, despite MILLIONS of requests to keep it at one volume and one temperature! It will be cold outside and you have it COLDER inside. Would love to study there but I can't hear myself think and get ATTITUDE when I ask nicely to turn music down. I'm a customer...get it together. It's rude and insensitive. It's an Internet cafe, why the hell is it loud and cold ALWAYS? 3 people have left because of it. I'm next. Hope your speakers malfunction. I had the medical ball tea which was very good with extra honey and it was pleasant in the line to get to it through. The drive-thru was not hard because even though a lot of cars they work very fast. So have a great day at Starbucks and they serve real milk opposed to dunkin' donuts. They give you creamer creamo but you should read the instructions on cream of that comes in now. Container Hazel crescent. All that anyway getting back to Starbucks. It was great experience.
