Nederlands own Salto Coffee, where you see the owner running the roaster as you walk in! Excellent Coffee and atmosphere. Beautiful building with outdoor gas fireplace and table seating. Friendly locals dine and work on laptops here. Comprehensive Bike shop next door. Street is one way from downtown. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food and coffee remain to be top notch, they may have improved on the GF bread! Their chicken pesto sandwich greatly resembles Presto's (if anyone remembers them!) The sausage breakfast sandwich is amazing! Love the atmosphere and the fun gift options. At times the servers can be rude and off putting (an increasing dynamic of Boulder county inhabitants). Was looking for a cozy place to camp and do some work while my son and his buddies were skiing. I had their Borscht, which was AMAZING. Also had an avocado toast, which wasn’t traditionally mashed, but yummy. Splurged for a house pour-over, which was beautiful. Highly recommended.
