Stopped in on a Saturday while visiting Concord for the Farmers Market. We ordered two cappuccinos to dine in. It was fairly busy but we found a table in the tightly packed seating area and waited for our order. After a brief wait our name was called and I went to pick up the coffee. To my dismay our cappuccinos were delivered in paper cups - even though many regular cups were available. We visited this small business in the hopes of having good coffee in a relaxing coffeehouse experience. Instead we were served coffee in paper cups in a crowded, and loud, shop. We could have had the same at one of the big national chains. Disappointed.

This is exactly what a coffee shop should be. Amazing specialty third wave coffee, friendly knowledgeable staff, and lots of delicious treats. And a perfect location downtown. They care about the community and give back. Best coffee shop on planet Earth!
