Ordered the boneless chicken bites and fries. My personal preference is that the fries are served separately so that the sauce wouldn't drench the fries and make it soggy. Price is decent and service was average. My server kept forgetting our requests because he keeps chit chatting with other customers. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Went here today for my birthday. We haven’t been back to this Red Robin in awhile since they seem to be going downhill quality wise. Today that was solidified. Received a salad with rancid avocado and a very small portion of overall avocado. Like trying to remove it from my salad was disgusting and it kept falling apart. Throughout the salad there were wilted pieces and large pieces of the core. The toppings were very skimpy. 5 jalapeño coins? Like come on. When I asked for new avocado the server had an attitude. Server overall did not seem to have a good attitude. Her service was exceptionally slow. Refill of campfire sauce took quite awhile and the fries ended up going cold while waiting. Not going to lie on this one but I loved red Robin since I was a little kid. Lately burgers and food haven't been what we've expected. Burgers used to be juicy and delicious but recently had a dry burger patty and not much flavor. Service could also be better as the server seemed to be distracted with other tables than our party of 16 people which would usually pay better in tips for a server. We just don't see the appeal anymore with over paying for a burger we can get at a fast food restaurant. Red Robin, a staple in food establishments, this one was a big disappointment. We’ve been to this chain many times. It seemed the morale of the staff was low. The host was not friendly or welcoming. Our server was much nicer. Food came out fairly quickly but it was barely warm and, you know, fries should be piping hot. Went to Red Robin for dinner with a coworker and a client I work with. Our server Daniel was very friendly and attentive. Even though it was busy and there was a large birthday party, Daniel and his kind coworkers made us feel completely taken care of. Will defiantly being going back again! Red Robin is the ex you keep going back to because sometimes they’re good & you try to relive that moment. I’ve been here a few times- would NOT recommend the fish and chips- I was terribly sick after a few bites and the fish was just off like it had been left out (they gave me my money back but it was terrible experience) As of now the only good thing they do well sometimes (last time was not one of them) is the Sautéed Shroom burger. It’s pretty excellent when they decide to season it. Went on 9/13 and unfortunately, it wasn’t good. We went here tonight to celebrate a very special milestone for our family. I called ahead to let the staff know as we were going to a be larger than usual group and I explained the occasion. When we arrived the table was ready and decorated with balloons. The service was quick, friendly and the food was delicious as always. They even comped our guest of honor's meal. Came in for lunch today because I had my birthday burger coupon and haven't been to Red Robin in awhile. Right away the hostess was excellent and friendly, then our server came and he was superb. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and the service was fast. Both our burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly. Love that there's more than just fries now on the bottomless menu. I also always love the dipping sauces for the fries. So yummy. Everything was hot and fresh and satisfying. I'll be back soon! Thanks for a lovely experience and delicious meal!
