The pizza tasted OK, but was poorly constructed. My order included Italian sausage, and had breakfast sausage instead. They didn't use a proofer on the dough so the pizza bubbled badly. I also ordered it with extra cheese, which don't think made it on to the pizza. On a 12" pie, there were toppings on maybe 8" of it. I liked the crust. It was hot and had a nice tooth. This place was great! We stopped in for lunch and was treated to the lunch special of any 8" pizza + salad of our choosing. The service was outstanding and the first thing I noticed about the food was all the super fresh ingredients. I had the 'Kitchen Sink' pizza and the italian salad and both were outstanding. Great ambiance and lots of local and interesting beers on tap. We'll DEFINITELY be back! Well done Pappos!

We were a party of 6… Order = 2 pizzas No napkins. No Forks. We asked for napkins and forks. He brought 4 napkins??? He brought 1 wrapped fork??? Red beer was FLAT - “0” Zero carbonation. We asked and received 1 different less expensive beer, but we’re billed for Original higher priced beer. . Male server was very busy but these indiscretions were very basic server tasks! .
