They have excellent homemade style food, open kitchen with super friendly staff.
They are allergy friendly, unlike most Norwegian restaurants who don't give two cents about gluten/onion, the staff at Påls will take care of you if you have special needs for food.
I got a BLT styled glutenfree sandwich and it was the best glutenfree sandwich I ever had. Usually I can make better food at home, but I don't think could beat this if I tried. Delicious!
