There is a little wait outside (only 4 people are allowed in at a time) but the employees are fairly fast. They had all of the flavors stocked, the place was clean and had everything you would need including souvenirs or little gifts. Had the lemon raspberry cake which was a special, and it was pretty good. There is seating outside as well.
The cakes are fantastic. Not dry at all. The staff is always super helpful and sweet!

Absolutely horrible. They would not honor the Veterans Day special buy one get one free email code. Having veterans in my family. It is discouraging to see such things.

Cakes/products are worth 4-5 stars - consistently great flavors, and convenient for individual cakes for small groups.
This locations customer service is what deserves 1 star at most. Manager could use a phone etiquette crash course, as well as how to reconcile an error made by employees on an order. In the end a store credit was offered due to error, but got the run around after calling 4 days (inability to leave a voicemail and automated message system states shop is closed during business hours) in a row and sending an email regarding the error. Initially when I called today, someone answered right away, then said "Hold" placed me on hold, then disconnected the call.
Great cakes but recommend going to another location.
