Italians may get mad at me but this was better than Antica de Michelle in Naples. Flavor was insane, there was barely any flop, the crust was crunchy and beautifully charred. I would eat this every day if I could. The couple who runs the small joint are super nice and fun too. Paired with a great staff at the winery this is a must try for everyone. I reeeeeally hope folks around the parts understand just how good they’ve got it with the existence of this pizzaiolo. Seriously, seriously legit Neapolitan and the tastiest charred crust for miles & miles. Pizza Hut this ain’t…true definition of a hidden gem!!
