Messy, a lot of the equipment is broken. Dryer has issues with stealing quarters. There’s a better laundromat just up the road that I’ll be using from now on.
This place was clean and nice to walk into until now I don't know what happend are the cleaning girls still there cause they were awsome thank you missy and dee!!
Nice and clean. The app makes it easy to see the times the mat is less busy & when my laundry is done. I saw the cleaning crew sanitizing the machines which makes me feel good. I have been here about a dozen times now & I'm never disappointed. Thanks for providing a clean place to do laundry.
Was told by the app representatives I’d be getting a call back due to several machines not working after having already paid but still haven’t heard anything. Was a bit surprised they upped their prices on their machines significantly too. App is convenient but does not offer refunds or support
Fair place to do laundry. Prices are good, machines are updated. Options to pay with change or an app.
I've gone twice now. Once in the evening where the place was pretty trashed. Floors were sticky and garbage was everywhere and cans were full. I assumed after a full day, it's hard to keep up with so many dirty disrespectful people in one small area. So next round I went at 6:30am, but it was not much better. Washer detergent fills were goopy and don't set your basket on the floor. Drop anything, best to rewash it. Would stay away from the tables for folding too.
Besides the exterior cleanliness... the machines have been in good operating condition each visit. Some machines had icky stuff in them (which is out of control of whomever is running this laundromat. Some people are just gross) but the following visit I didn't see the same garbage or stuff in the machines. So, sometime within the week they did find the issues and cleaned it out.
Rating 3 out of 5 due to cleanliness. Everything else is good.
Some of the washers had a strong mildew odor, indicating that they are in bad need of sanitizing and disinfecting.
Make sure you smell the inside of the washer before selecting it.

Question for the management: what do you use to sanitize the machines? How often do you do so?

Stopped in again and the machines looked cleaner and smelled fresh. Looks like they're moving in the right direction. 👍 If this continues, I'll change my rating.

The conditions have improved greatly since my first visit there and appear to be consistently better. Changing my rating to 4 stars. Thank you owners for keeping the machines clean! 🤝
The washing experience here is interesting. It's done through an app that connects to the washer/dryer you choose, then you physically press start on the machine when it's paid.
You also get a free wash when you sign up and dryers sometimes randomly give a free dry too if you catch one on a lucky hour, so keep your eyes open before you pick your dryer just in case!
The cost here is a Lot Better than some other places I've washed at. 1-2.75 dollars less for the same wash size! As a somewhat, usually or sometimes broke individual (😁🙄) I appreciate the prices here.
Added bonus: there's a timer on the app that lets you know how long until your cycle is finished and I like that, no guessing required.
Employees (2 while I’m here) do not mask and get closer than 6 feet to you when they don’t have to. Just had surgery and indoor masking important to me. Would not have used this establishment if I knew. Clean and I like the machines but my health is more important.
