In a big truck and coffee huts are hard to come by along your route. This is right off the road, you're able to pull over cuz it's 4 lanes so people can get around you. The owner/barrista was so excited to see us and very friendly. She made the best coffee! YUM!!! Highly recommend. I was traveling through Newcastle to go work cattle early morning and she was the only shop open with breakfast! I was super thankful as that would have been a long day! Her chai is AHHHMAZING!!! And we also had the breakfast sandwiches they were perfect!
