Apparently this ihop thinks this tiny little ramekin is enough gravy for a biscuit and gravy! If you see the picture my gravy only covers half a biscuit. I was pretty upset when my girlfriend came home with our curbside order and I'm left with a dry biscuit and no gravy And a hard egg when I asked for over easy. Tonight's service was extremely poor. Waitress Girl look like she's high on drugs. Waited for 40 mins for food. Food was ok but service was really bad. We usually tip them well too. They weren't busy and yet we're taking forever. Falling over themselves. I wonder what it'd be like of place got busy (which is a wonder they ain't ever been busy). I normally don't pay mind to the service but I couldn’t help wondering why our food was taking long. She pops in on us and ask, "Did I get your orders?" Were like yeah a loooonnnggg time ago. She's like I'll check on it...comes back and say oh they will start on your orders now 😳🙄🤣🤣 it's 2024. Come on IHOP DO BETTER. Should have gone to Letherby down the road. I come here at night pretty often. Food is always amazing. Waitresses and staff are always friendly and quick. One of my favorite places to relax late evening after working all day. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always a good experience. I actually work here and, having worked in over a dozen different restaurants, I will say it is one of the most well kept restaurants I’ve worked in. The cooks and servers are great and take pride in their work. Management is awesome. The review from Kayla last week that says the restaurant is not clean is just false. It seems she may have an ax to grind because she left a negative review on another place that she once worked as well. So ignore that review. Come eat. We will take great care of you! So me and a friend got here about 11pm or an hour before closing tonight so I was anticipating that things would be a little slower than usual. But we weren't seated for about 10 minutes and then they didn't even get us drinks and take our orders for about 30 min after that. We ended up getting our food at around midnight and I had ordered the Breakfast Sampler and asked to have the bacon replaced with turkey bacon and the eggs to be scrambled without the yolk. What I got was the breakfast sampler but with all bacon and no other meat. I said to the waiter that my order was wrong. I hope I didn't come across as angry or frustrated and I don't think I did but if I did it was probably because I drove from Vegas to Provo just a few hours earlier and I was hungry and my foot was still hurting from having a nail in my foot the day prior. If I was I'm sorry. That wasn't my intention. He said "well there's 8 pieces of bacon" as if that would help and I just reiterated that wasn't what I ordered and while I was doing that he just walked off and came back after 5 minutes with syrup for the pancakes. The food was good despite this but he came back after 10 minutes passive-aggressively trying to usher us out. I understand that it was the end of the night and people want to go home and sometimes stuff happens, but more than anything what is frustrating is that on top of having to wait so long and having the order messed up the guy wasn't at all apologetic and didn't seem willing to find a solution to the issue and just hoped we would leave on our own. Great experience. Went on a Saturday, a little busy. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Got water promptly, ordered about 5 minutes later. Food took about 10-15 min to be ready. Our waitress came around often enough to get us anything we needed but not so much it got annoying. The restaurant was clean. Everyone was respectful. Great experience. I'm significantly surprised by how low the stars are, for this place. My friend and I wanted a quick breakfast, and talk for a bit so we chose this place. We were seated within seconds, and our server was very friendly and got our food back to us very quickly. My only complaint is that the hash browns were QUITE brown, and were essentially inedible. Great place though, and I'll be sure to return.

Went to IHOP at 7am this morning. I was the only customer. When I walked in they immediately seated me and got me going right away. Waited under 10 min and my food was ready and fresh. The food was hot and delicious. Pancakes were always great. The spinach and mushroom omelette was hot, fresh and delicious. Loved it. Alexia, who was my waitress was very helpful from start to finish. Left her a good tip for helping serve me with good food and checking on me while I was eating. Thank you! Highly recommend this IHOP location. Very attentive staff and great fresh food that I really enjoyed. Got free stack of pancakes now for my next visit. I'll be back for some more fresh delicious pancakes .

A general, average IHOP experience. I’ve been here numerous times over the years and it’s never been bad but never been over the top fantastic. Sometimes the hostess at the front is brisk and abrupt. Our waiter is usually incredibly friendly or fairly kind. Nothing bad but nothing to rave about for this location. It’s about what you are likely expecting when you go to an IHOP.
