The pictures don't do justice!!! Umami smells permeate the room the moment you walk in, and the food only enhances the experience from there. Friendly and attentive staff members take changes to your next order with ease. Friendly tip: if you're there to try something new, try small portions. Each sauce is delicious in its own way, and there are so many combinations. Also, if you want your vegetables and meat cooked completely, all them to cook them a little longer as some people like them crunchy. I mean who doesn't like huhot?? The dinning are is large with plenty of space so you don't feel weird sitting so close to other people. There was plenty of options for noodles, meats, and veggies for you meal. The make your bowl is the best! Also the have kids high chairs with wheels on them so you don't have to jungle a kiddo and fix your bowl up. Best idea I've seen yet! My family will definitely be back! Amazing meal for a very reasonable price. Everything is super fresh and the place is immaculately clean. Staff is very friendly and professional. Sauces are out of this world. My brother insisted that we go, and I'm not disappointed at all! I have returned twice since then, and the quality is perfect every time! The quantity, however, is completely up to you, as it's an all you can buffet style grill, with free unlimited white rice as well! Once you have decided your proteins and greens/veggies, they have a massive selection of sauces to choose from, and then the best part is handing it off the grill master for cooked perfection! The selection of seafood was very limited (only mussels and crab meat). Plates (for all you can eat) are very small, so not convenient to pick - people take two plates, even as it is posted to take one. Prices are very reasonable. Food is great. It's clean there. I visited HuHot one night with my family and I was super impressed. I was skeptical and a bit worried since I had never been there before, new restaurants are hard because I have a life threatening tree nut allergy but they took super amazing care of me, having special allergy bowls and a very thorough cleaning procedure for the grill, avoiding any possibilities of cross contamination. Staff were super friendly and kitchen/dining places were very clean. 10/10 would recommend for a night out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came because Mongolian was closed. They had no oolong, no jasmine. Whatever. It's not like you're an Asian restaurant or anything. Huge cross contamination risk. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, don't come here. My food came out al dente. We had to ask twice for rice. You'd think we were pulling teeth from the way the staff acted about it. Way overpriced, especially for self serve. And you are not allowed to take leftovers home. They made me toss good food at the end of my meal.Everything Mongolian does right, this place doesn't even attempt to do half hearted. We won't be back. Service Dine in Price per person $30–50

There are lots of varieties to pick from. I've never had bacon as an option. I liked it. The sauces had more choices than most places. They are reasonably priced. I highly recommend it. I will definitely go again. They also have a menu you can choose from.
