Not one to usually complain, but the coffee was burnt and the 5 donuts were shoved in a bag so that they all rubbed off on each other. Also had to repeat the whole order again at the window. As for the churro, skip it. Food: 1 Service: 1

Absolutely terrible guest service. Made the drink wrong and tried to charge me again to make it correctly. Won’t bother trying this location again.

I usually visit this location on my way to work, but I won’t stop by again. Stopped in to get a coffee and sandwich, when I went to order the lady came over with attitude, was very rude, and seemed like she was bothered to help me. I said hello and good morning and received nothing back. I repeated my order a few times and still got my coffee order wrong. When the lady saw she had to remake my order she was very bothered by it. Environment was not pleasant, customers aren’t treated kindly… I’ll have to go out of my way now for my Dunkin runs because I will definitely not be visiting this location.
