I called for an espresso machine service at the coffee bar I manage. Alfonso was professional, punctual and very helpful. He was detailed in his work and patient and detailed in answering my questions. He also serviced our coffee grinder, which was a bit of a disaster. He spent a serious amount of time on it to get it back into good shape!

Got my profitec pro 300 serviced. Had a couple of things broken and steam and espresso both werent working. Alfonso was professional and knowledgable and disgnosed my machine within a day (he picked up my machine) and gave me a reasonable quote. Machine was fixed within a few days and now it works good as new! Very satisfied and would recommend.
