There is a 4% fee for credit cards. I ordered the shrimp and pork spring rolls. The spring rolls and sauce were excellent; the pho not so much. I didn’t like the broth and they use wide rice noodles. My other favorite item is their wonton soup. On another note, there is a section of the dining that is for employees only. The person working the register was also preparing vegetables. Not one time did I see them without wash their hands. If you have to prep food, wash your hands after handling money. This was the best oxtail pho I ever had. I ordered to go and ate it at home. It was still VERY hot when I ate it. It’s one of the few pho I’ve had where I didn’t want to add much fixins because the broth was perfect. I only added the chili oil for heat and the bean sprouts for crunch. Had dinner here with my two kids on a weeknight, and can’t wait to go back! We got the sliced beef pho and it was absolutely delicious. The portion is gigantic, so two bowls was more than enough for my two kids and me; we had a whole meal’s worth to bring home at the end, too. We also got the pork eggrolls, which were fresh and delicious. The menu is definitely kid-friendly—there are options that everyone will like. In my case, the kids were fighting over the pho- it was just that good. Service was very attentive, kind, and helpful with menu questions. We for sure will be back! The sliced beef pho was soooooo delicious. Everything about it was so good. Others have commented about the noodles - I think they are really good! My husband got the sweet n sour chicken w/ fried rice and he loved it. We also got the spring rolls. Super delicious! I got the passion fruit soda. It was great but I think it’s overpriced. Small restaurant with limited booth and regular seating area. We got the beef pho, one size for $15 each. Broth tasted more like the broth in Bún Bò Huế instead of the lighter pho broth. It was more on the greasy side and the black pepper was an interesting addition that overpowered the traditional, aromatic pho flavor. We ordered the viet coffee and it was tasty. Only con is I wish they filled it more than half. Comfortable booths and chill atmosphere. Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant: Co Tu Oriental Cuisine Restaurant (Bloomington, MN) It’s my first time here for Pho and to get it off my checklist. I was amazed by the presentation, how delicious the broth tasted, and that fresh noodles are served here. It's not Cali fresh noodle greatness but it's the only place in MN where I've had it. Pho is beefy, rich, slight hint of sweetness, hint of spice aromas and very well balanced. Broth was so good I almost finished it. I liked the bite size cuts of tripe and tendons. The selection for meats was the only thing lacking. Highly recommend this spot to those who appreciate a great quality bowl of Pho. Would I eat here again? Absolutely. The Pho is the best if not one of the best in the southern metro. Left a great first impression for me and I’ll need to go back to see if it’s consistent. As of now, this Pho is on my top 5 spots for MN. Fried Wontons: 6/10. Too small but the fillings was good. Fresh Sugarcane Juice: 7/10. It was okay. It not as good as a real a real Viet Juicer store. Stopped in here for a quick bite and ordered the shrimp/pork spring rolls and egg rolls. The spring rolls were fresh and paired nicely with the peanut sauce. The egg rolls were fairly simple but still good. The restaurant was clean, and I would like to stop back in for the pho and other specialties sometime! The food is great, good size portions and great flavor. The service is good too, we were seated and attended quickly. After ordering out meals arrived quickly too. My favorite is their egg rolls and spring rolls and as a main I enjoy the shaking beef with the fried rice. I would highly recommend checking it out. Very small place for pho and food. The noodles for pho is a little wider then the regular pho we usually have. Something different with fried rice and 2 eggrolls and your main meat or entree. Very delicious. Will be coming back soon again. Also the beef jerky are delicious. Very finger licking.
