I love Chipotle in general but this center has always disappointed me. They do not serve the bowls in the right size or combinations, twice I have had to cancel my order online as they did not have Guacamole and made the order without it. Employees are rude and difficult to talk to. Once my online order got stolen too, I wonder why they would not put the orders in a more controlled place.

Unsanitary, uneducated/not properly trained staff. I worked at a chipotle on the Pike and if ANY of these workers from falls were to transfer they'd be fired within hours. The rice isn't properly cooked, literally watched them "make it" in the rice cooker, no bay leaves, no oil (Required and taught in training), mixed way too little cilantro. The meat is NOT prepared properly or timed properly. I did not see a single timer in the kitchen being used during my visit (30 mins). Needs new management immediately. DO NOT eat here, they do not adhere to ANY of their training! Eat somewhere else or go to another chipotle, avoid at all costs. I highly recommend if you currently work here or plan to that you leave asap. This place is a walking lawsuit.

Not sure what’s wrong but there’s something going on with this store. Used to go here all the time. Now it’s dirty inside. Staff sometimes (not all the time) seem like they could care less. The cashiers were having conversations amongst themselves and charged me the wrong items. The quality of the food dipping as well.
