Super friendly staff and excellent customer service everyone greeted us and made sure we were served with a smile. The manager was very professional he handle the customers quickly and kept a smile on his face. The kitchen staff was working like German clock work very courteous and precise I love to see a team work so good together they were the definition of great customer service with a smile Dominic was new but he put his best foot forward and I truly appreciate the great customer service Curt Kim was very ways work the pi OK you enjoyed it. Feed the date you and Kurt Kim and was very excited about helping the guest and Kurt hot the people in and out very fast and professionally that is what great customer service is about I love to eat here they make you feel like family so go to godfather pizza and see for yourself thanks a million for reading my blog oh yeah k had just clocked in and asked us how was the food and she went above and beyond to give us napkins you don’t see customer service like that anywhere now of days so Kim you deserve a raise and a promotion thanks for being the best part of subway

Not just this Chester's Chicken, but every Chester's Chicken I've swung through in the past month across several states.
I like the chicken sandwiches but the response whenever I try to order one is consistently, "we don't have any chicken sandwiches right now...."
And I ask if they can make some because I want 2 #4 meals with Mac&cheese.
The response is then, " it takes a lot to make them. We can't just do that."
Fry the chicken, open the bun up and put mayonnaise and pickles on it, insert chicken, place in wrapper,.... I'm sorry Chester's Chicken employees but if that is too hard and too much work, how are y'all even in business?
I got back to Cripple Creek and went to eat and the chicken was RAW!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED and angry!! I spent $32.00 for an 8 piece family meal. The potato wedges were hard

Let’s not get crazy. It’s truck stop food, but it was decent and hit the spot. Thighs were kinda small, only 2 or 3 bites of chicken. Justin was great. We requested fresh wedges and he had no problem, and was very honest and said it would take 15 minutes. I didn’t understand why it would take so long, but appreciated the honesty.
This place is above and beyond excellence the staff is so amazing and especially the young lady I spoke with went out of her way to make me feel truly like family she came around the cash register to speak with me so she wouldn’t have to holler at me to explain the menu I’m in a wheelchair and I can only go so far so she came to me and spoke in a kind loving gentle voice I truly love her customer service and the managers were so nice they sweet as an angel so I can’t say this enough go to Chester’s chicken and enjoy a wonderful tasty meal with a warm welcome I was a OTR trucker for 15 years and I’ve been to a lot of places but this loves truck stop is the best in the world you get great service with a wonderful smile thanks being beautiful inside and out

Was disappointed today with my experience. Usually I like to stop by and get lunch. Got an order large okra but it was 1/3 of what is usually given. Asked the cashier if it was a large and she said yes and asked if I wanted the receipt. No didn't need the receipt but that little bit given was not worth $6. This is the first time that this happened and I've never seen her work here before. The disappointment left a bitter taste and didn't enjoy it as I usually do.
