Capone's Pub & Grill is a sports bar with sporting memorabilia throughout. It has baseball gloves hanging from the ceiling and many HDTV sets playing various sporting events. I liked the atmosphere. The service was friendly and prompt. I had the Black and Blue Hamburger and my wife had the Chef's Salad Chopped. We also had a side of fries. Both were very good. The hamburger was a 1/3 pound burger cooked exactly like I wanted it. The burger was juicy and thick. The salad I had with my hamburger was fresh and tasted great. I had Italian dressing on the side. The Chef's Salad had garlic bread, lots of ham, turkey, sliced egg, tomatoes, cheese and romaine lettuce. The Chef's Salad was fresh and good portion size. I recommend both meals. Local sports bar with good food, good vibes, service was great. Enjoyed a Italian sandwich over a locally brewed IPA. Spacious place, lots of TVs. Update: came back 3 nights later because the food was good, ordered a pesto chicken pizza and it was delicious. Great pizza! Stopped in on a road trip back home. Boneless wings and pizza are great. Happy to support a local, family owned business. Awesome tap list as well featuring a lot of west coast beers. Would come back if we are in Idaho again :) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Korean BBQ Chicken Boneless Wings
Started with a tasty but spicy hummus, Enjoyed the salad (Chef's and Popeye) options, tried some of the ice cream desert. The service was amazing, they were happy and prompt with everything. Definitely worth the drive. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped here on our way to Seattle. Tried the pizza. The meat on it was very bitter. Definitely not a pleasant taste. Also tried the cheese bread. It was a sandwich bun topped with cheese. It was pretty good. I think this place is over hyped by being on triple d. Would not stop here again. The server was too busy playing on his phone at the bar. I don't often write reviews, but I feel somewhat compelled to do so here. I eat (and cook) wings a lot and seeing the good reviews, I decided to visit Capone's while in CDA. I ordered a double batch of their traditional Buffalo wings and they came out within 5 minutes. A red flag, but let's go for it. Although my hunger allowed the first couple of wings to escape me, by the third wing it was undeniable: these wings had been fried the day before, refrigerated, and then flash fried, sauced, and served. This was evidenced by the spongy texture combined with a certain background taste difficult to describe but no less damning. My experience certainly fell short of the glowing reviews from other wing-eaters, and I'm willing to concede it was an off night for the kitchen. That being said, at $25 an order, Capone's should do better.
As always, the food is great! This is our go-to spot whenever we are visiting CDA. Best sweet hot wings ever. This last time though, service was lacking and was not the best. But we will continue to come back! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Korean BBQ Chicken Boneless Wings
