Was trying for the first time. Had a large group for a birthday celebration and wow did they not disappoint!!! Our server Tara is the epitome of a waitress. Was very attentive to our needs, great to joke around with and, if someone buys you a drink and you tell her not to tell, she keeps that secret (BRAT!, said in good fun Tara!!) Our group loves to share so we all ordered different items and drinks. I ordered the loaded fries for appetizer. You get both long fries and waffle, which was a pleasant surprise! Sour cream, green onion and cheese! Also ordered a cup of chicken wild rice soup. Great taste, not too thick. My main meal was the chicken diablo, not to spicy, just about perfect. All in all, I totally recommend you try this place if you're at MOA, I think you'll like it!! Very good pulled Pork sandwich. Cesar salad was drowned in dressing. The meatballs had a soapy taste to it. The sweet tea was so good!! Ashley, our waitress, was very friendly and attentive. Really liked her! Clean bathrooms. Restaurant is busy, but being in the Mall of America 🇺🇸 expect it to be. $53.00 for 2 people. Family-friendly dinning it's just a little loud in here. The burger I ordered was pretty dry, didn’t come with everything on it. Chicken my partner ordered was also so dry and he received a green french fry. The waitress we had didn’t really have good customer service, she seemed like she didn’t really want to be there and hardly spoke to us. Also the women’s restroom had toilet paper everywhere and the hand soap was so low hanging on the wall I was practically touching the counter. Thankful the manager was so kind and had compensated us for my partners meal, I appreciate that but we won’t be back. Also as a final note, I love fries and was completely surprised and unaware you are served 3 different kinds? I’ve never seen this anywhere. It was certainly an experience. Horrible food. I have never been so disappointed with the quality of food. This is the saddest looking carne asada taco. It has more lettuce than meat. It's literally lettuce and BIG SLICES OF ONIONS. It's so sad. Fries were horrible too. Mix match fries?? Never going back here. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

My daughter and I ate at the restaurant on November 25, 2023. The drinks weren’t good. The queso was good, but it was watery. The presentation of the food on our plates didn’t look appealing so I had a feeling the food wasn’t going to be good. Our food wasn’t hot it was room temperature. The steaks could use some seasoning, the mash potatoes were bland and the asparagus was overcooked it didn’t taste fresh. The three star food rating is due to the appetizer made with mac and cheese. It was gross. The Juicy Lucy and Strawberry Shortcake was wonderful. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We had a girls weekend and had the best time with great food at Cadillac Ranch. Our waiter Jeremy, aka Jer Bear, and Jon Davis were the best! Will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My mother and i came to this restaurant for dinner yesterday as her suggestion. We arrived at about 4 and it was not very busy so we didnt have to wait to be seated. But they seemed suffering from staff shortage because we had to wait for 30mins to get the food. There was only man who do all the things in the restaurant so he had to run around to handle lots of different stuffs. But he always smiled and did his best for the service. I appreciate that. I like the salad and its dressing because it was just right made. The dressing in other places used to be too sour for me due to too much vinegar, making my stomach upset after eating. But not here They had good burgers too. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

After shopping all day, we needed a sit down place for dinner. Cadillac Ranch wasn’t busy and the hostess accommodated our setting request. Our server was really attentive and refilled our drinks many times. I ordered the BLACK + BLEU SALMON salad. (Blackened, bleu cheese crumbles, romaine, spinach, dried cranberry, apple, pecan, red onion, tomato, white balsamic dressing) for $19 I requested no blackened on the salmon, hold the onion. The salad was dinner plate size- big! So delicious. The balsamic dressing was worthy of coming back the next day. Great place to eat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
