Bravo to this establishment! I was greeted with positive energy and encouraged to take my time on what I wanted to order, I was given information so that I can make a decision. And when I got to the window Alicia was so kind and pleasant telling me about the specials. I got my latte which happened to be $4 special today which was awesome and my bagel and they both were delicious! Great job, thank you, my new go-to! Normally great inside. Went through the drive thru this morning and that was a mistake. My frozen salted caramel was just frozen coffee. Absolutely no flavor. Bitter and gross instead of the sweetness I was craving. Threw it out and was so disappointed
